Wonderful

The Staff was amazing. They were helpful and provided useful guidance, sometimes even going the extra mile to help out. The room was small but very clean and cozy. I had all I needed and perhaps even more, given the wide selection of free toiletries and amenities (like tea, coffee, city map, etc.) As the hotel has been recently renovated with a nice rationalist, functional, and contemporary outlook, it has a welcoming, nice, and pleasant atmosphere. It is close to Umeda, a central and vital part of Osaka. Excellent value for money.

Comfy hotel with a bit of a walk- will stay again

The breakfast had some really good options, the pillows were very nice, heat/AC in room, good toiletry selection. My kid loved the foosball table in reception.

I wish it could be closer than the 10 minute walk to Umeda Station. I have no other complaints.

Close to Tanimachi line. There is a supermarket close by and a Lawson as well

If you are using the Shinkansen a lot it’s not the best location. You have to take 2 metro lines to get to Shin-Osaka station Also if you are a light sleeper not the best as there is a above ground line that runs close by

Location was good and easy to find. There is a grocery store at the next street. We bought for dinner and breakfast and it was very convenience. There were a convenience store, too. I asked non-smoking room and it was very clean and satisfying.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had plans during the day with rest of the group, so we were very satisfied with the room. The staffs were really kind and welcoming, and the location was good.

Staff were overall accommodating. The hotel was nicely presented and it has a great location.

On check in one of our friends could not make the trip. They tried to cancel the room booked for her with no refund for that room. Instead we split one of our couples up for extra space seen as this room was paid for.

Wonderful budget hotel in Osaka!

I liked how quiet our room was even though I was in the city! The price I paid for a twin room, with private bathroom, good air conditioning, coffee with tea kettle could not be beat in Osaka. It was a bit of a walk from the Osaka Umeda station but doable for our group of 4. If I am on a budget, this is the place to stay. We did not get the breakfast as there are places to eat close by.

For the price, I can’t complain but if you are looking for something more upscale, this is not the place. There is some wear and tear in the carpet and walls of the room.

The hotel can easily be reached from Osaka station even on foot. It's located perfectly to check out the Umeda area or the upcoming Nakazakicho neighborhood. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as I had some problems with my luggage. In addition, I could leave my baggage on both days before and after my stay. Very nice service.

It would have been nice to have some more Western-style options in the breakfast offer.
